OurSight

Privacy Policy

Effective June 24, 2026

OurSight (the “Service”) is operated by Driven Edge LLC(“Driven Edge,” “we,” “us”). This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

Account & profile: name, email, role, team/program affiliation, and authentication identifiers (via our auth provider). Program & roster data: teams, players, jersey numbers, positions, guardian relationships, and whether a player is a minor. Athletic media & performance data:game/practice film and clips, images, voice/audio recordings and transcripts, telestrations, tags, statistics, plays, schedules, and coach notes — which may include a minor's likeness and voice. Communications: messages, channel posts, and attachments. Usage & device data: log data, IP address, device/browser information, and activity needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. Minors (COPPA/FERPA)

The Service is used by sports programs that include minors. We collect and process a minor's likeness, voice, and performance data only in support of the program and, where required, only after a parent or legal guardian provides consent through the Service. Parents/guardians may review, request changes to, or request deletion of their minor's information, and may withdraw consent, by contacting their program or us at support@oursight.appor by mail at the address below. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use a minor's personal information for third-party advertising.

3. How we use information

To provide, secure, support, and improve the Service; to enable coaching, film review, scheduling, messaging, and player development; to generate analysis and AI-assisted output (e.g., transcription, captions, play interpretation); to communicate with you; to enforce our Terms and protect users (including minors); and to create de-identified and/or aggregated data for lawful business purposes, including improving our products and models. We do not sell personal information.

4. How information is shared

Within your program:data is visible to authorized members per their role — coaches see their organization's data; players see their own and their team's film; parents/guardians see their own athlete(s). The Service is multi-tenant and enforces organization-level isolation. Film Exchange (at your program's direction):when an administrator of your program shares film — by creating a share link for a game, or by placing film in your program's designated Exchange folder while linked to another program — that film (and basic labels) is disclosed to the recipient program or to anyone holding the link, as described in Section 5 of the Terms. Internal analysis, notes, rosters, and messages are not included. Sharing is opt-in, curated video-by-video by your administrators, and revocable prospectively. Service providers (sub-processors): we use vendors to host and run the Service — including cloud hosting/storage and video delivery, authentication, and AI processing for transcription and generation. They process data on our behalf under contractual obligations. Legal & safety: we may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of users (including reporting suspected child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities). Business transfers: information may transfer as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. AI processing

Some features send content (e.g., audio for transcription, a play description or image for diagram generation) to AI sub-processors to produce output for you. AI output may be inaccurate and is intended to be reviewed by a human. We use commercial AI services under terms that restrict their use of your content to providing the service to us.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as your program account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Chats and content are not auto-purged; you may delete your own content, and program administrators may manage their data. On request and subject to legal obligations, we will delete or de-identify personal information.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards — including encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive at-rest tokens, organization-level access controls, and least-privilege database access — to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices & rights

You may access and update your account information, delete your own content, and contact us to exercise applicable privacy rights (including access, correction, and deletion). Depending on your location you may have additional rights under state or other privacy laws. Parents/guardians may exercise rights on behalf of their minor as described above.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): the categories of personal information we collect are described in Section 1, and we collect them for the business purposes in Section 3. We disclose personal information to the service providers in Section 4 only to operate the Service. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites. You have the right to know the personal information we have collected, to request its deletion or correction, and not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us at support@oursight.app; we will verify your request, and an authorized agent (including a parent or guardian for a minor athlete) may submit one on your behalf.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy; we will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice or an in-app re-acceptance prompt.
